About Us

We Match You With a Local Hauler — We Don't Haul

Tacoma Junk Pros is a referral service. We don't own trucks and we don't do the lifting. What we do is take your request and get it in front of a licensed, insured hauler in your part of Pierce County who can quote you quickly.

What Tacoma Junk Pros actually is

We're a local lead-generation business based around Tacoma, Washington. Homeowners, renters, landlords, realtors, and small businesses tell us what needs to go. We pass that request to one or more independent junk removal companies that serve the address. They contact you, quote you, and — if you hire them — do the work.

We are not the hauling company. We don't set the price, schedule the truck, load your items, or handle disposal. Any contract, payment, and warranty for the work is strictly between you and the hauler you choose.

Everything we publish — pricing guides, dump fee research, city pages, blog posts — is market research on what junk removal typically costs in this area. It's meant to help you recognize a fair quote, not to be a price offer from us.

How the matching works

  1. Step 1

You tell us what needs to go

Use the form or call. Photos, a ZIP code, and a rough description are usually enough.

  2. Step 2

We match you with a local hauler

We route the request to a hauler in our network that covers your address and handles that type of job.

  3. Step 3

    They quote you directly

The hauler contacts you by phone or text, confirms the price, and schedules the pickup. You decide whether to book.

How we vet the haulers in our network

Before a company receives requests from us, we ask for and review the following:

  • A current Washington State business license (UBI) in good standing.
  • Proof of general liability insurance, with coverage current at the time of referral.
  • A working local phone number and a real service footprint in Pierce County.
  • A commitment to give upfront quotes and to disclose fees before loading.
  • Ongoing feedback — we stop referring to companies that customers report problems with.

Vetting is a good-faith screening process, not a guarantee. Insurance and licensing can lapse between checks. We encourage you to ask any hauler for current proof of insurance before work begins, and to get the quote in writing.

How we make money

Haulers pay us a fee for the introduction — either a flat per-lead fee or a monthly arrangement, depending on the partner. You never pay Tacoma Junk Pros anything. Our service is free to you and there is no obligation to hire whoever contacts you.

Because partners pay for referrals, the companies we match you with are the ones in our paid network — not a complete list of every hauler in Pierce County. Getting a second quote is always a reasonable thing to do, and we'd rather you did than felt pressured.

Questions or complaints

If a hauler we referred you to didn't show, quoted one price and charged another, or handled your property poorly, tell us. Call (253) 323-5993 or email tacomajunkpros@gmail.com. We can't resolve a dispute for you, but we can — and do — remove companies from the network. Read our terms of service and privacy policy for the full details.
