Terms of Service

Last updated July 30, 2026.

These terms govern your use of tacomajunkpros.com and the referral service offered on it. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. We are a referral service only

Tacoma Junk Pros is a lead-generation and referral business. We do not own trucks, do not employ hauling crews, and do not perform junk removal, cleanouts, demolition, hauling, disposal, or recycling of any kind. Our only role is to pass your request to one or more independent junk removal companies ("partner haulers") that serve your area.

Partner haulers are independent contractors and separate businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners in the legal sense, joint venturers, or franchisees. We do not supervise or control their work, their crews, their equipment, their scheduling, or their pricing.

2. Your agreement is with the hauler, not with us

Any quote, estimate, appointment, contract, payment, refund, guarantee, or warranty is strictly between you and the hauler you choose. We are not a party to it. We do not collect payment for hauling work, and we cannot authorize refunds, discounts, or rescheduling on a hauler's behalf.

You are free to decline any hauler who contacts you, to get competing quotes, and to hire nobody at all. There is no obligation and you pay Tacoma Junk Pros nothing.

3. Pricing information on this site is research, not an offer

Prices, price ranges, minimums, truck-load tiers, and dump fees published anywhere on this site — including our pricing guides, city pages, and blog — describe typical market rates observed in the Tacoma and Pierce County area. They are informational estimates, they change over time, and they are not a quote, offer, or price guarantee from us or from any hauler. Only a hauler can quote you a binding price, after seeing the job.

4. Vetting is a screening effort, not a guarantee

We make a good-faith effort to confirm that partner haulers hold a Washington business license and carry liability insurance, as described on our about page. That screening is periodic and based on documents the hauler provides. Licenses and insurance can lapse, and information can be inaccurate or out of date. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any hauler is currently licensed, currently insured, bonded, qualified, available, competent, or suitable for your job. You should verify current insurance and licensing directly with the hauler before work begins.

5. No liability for the work or for damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Tacoma Junk Pros is not liable for any act or omission of a partner hauler or of anyone they bring to your property. This includes, without limitation: property damage; personal injury; theft or loss of property; items removed by mistake; failure to show up or to complete a job; delays; no- shows; improper, unlawful, or environmentally unsound disposal; price disputes, overcharges, or hidden fees; damage to driveways, floors, walls, landscaping, or vehicles; and any breach of contract or negligence by the hauler.

We are also not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of the site or the referral service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the site or a referral is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Claims about the work belong against the hauler. We will, on request, tell you which company we referred your request to so you can pursue it directly, and we remove companies from the network when we receive credible complaints.

6. Site content is provided "as is"

The site, its content, and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Dump fees, disposal rules, transfer station hours, and regulations change; verify anything time-sensitive with the facility or agency directly.

7. Your responsibilities when you submit a request

  • Give accurate contact information and use a phone number you're authorized to receive calls and texts at.
  • Only submit a request for property you own or are authorized to have cleared.
  • Don't submit requests for hazardous materials, asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, or anything unlawful.
  • Don't use the form for spam, scraping, competitor probing, or automated submissions.
  • Don't upload photos you don't have the right to share, and don't include other people's personal information.

We may refuse, delay, or stop processing any request at our discretion.

8. Consent to be contacted

When you check the consent box and submit, you're asking partner haulers to contact you about your request, including by call and text at the number you gave, and you agree we may share your submission with them for that purpose. Details, including how to opt out, are in our privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Tacoma Junk Pros name, wordmark, site design, and written guides are ours. You may link to and quote short excerpts with attribution; you may not republish pages wholesale.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tacoma Junk Pros harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with a hauler.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute with us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington. Nothing here waives rights you may have under the Washington Consumer Protection Act that cannot legally be waived.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. Questions? Call (253) 323-5993 or email tacomajunkpros@gmail.com.
